How to Get Windows 8 Shutdown Button

First of all Open Windows 8 Then Right-Click Move Cursor to the NEW Then Shortcut

Then this Window will Open.Type Shutdown -s in the Blank Field.Then Click on Next

Then Type There Shutdown and Click on Finish

You see That Icon.

Then Right-Click on Shutdown Icon and Properties.

This Window will open then Change Icon then Select Shutdown Icon.

Then Pin to Start and Drag it to Taskbar. Enjoy :-) !
